After much brainstorming, testing and anticipation on our part, we’re proud and excited to bring you a new and novel opportunity.
We have developed a way to serve our pizza to a wider audience by having professionally designed a mobile wood fired pizza oven, fully self contained and built into a trailer with refrigerated storage, hot and cold water for health and safety purposes, space for utensils and everything else needing to be carried, even including the wood.
Our two directors were so passionate about this concept that they persisted through trial and error until they were sure that they had every detail exactly as they had imagined. The end result is Flaming Great Pizza and importantly, is an easy and fun system to operate.
Whether you sample our pizza at a market or fete, would like to join us as a franchisee or have us set up for your private function, we hope that you will love this concept as much as we do.
We have sourced what we consider to be the finest ingredients from across the world and all those ingredients together make for a great tasting pizza, fresh and hot from the wood fired oven, whichever your selection.
